REV

REV’s mission is to Restore and Empower people through Vehicle repairs.

We know the freedom, safety, and agency having a working vehicle provides. For our neighbors who find themselves living on the margin, even basic automotive repairs can be cost prohibitive – and the difference between safe shelter and necessary provision.

REV’s goal is to help ensure a vehicle is able to pass basic safety and emissions inspections.

Kevin Phillips is a hobby mechanic who spends his free time rebuilding his own project vehicle – and helping neighbors in need with theirs. REV was born as Kevin recognized the significant need, and the opportunity hobby mechanics have to serve and care for neighbors.

Kevin works as the Dir. of Operations for Vine Church and is a certified candidate for Deacon’s Orders in the United Methodist Church.

While REV is currently a small operation with a few volunteer hobby mechanics, please contact them if you are aware of a neighbor in need.
